Teresa M. Cooney was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2001 and joined the Law Offices of James L. Mayer, P.A. shortly thereafter. Her credentials are laudable. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mt. Before joining the firm, I clerked for the Honorable Ronald A. Silkworth on the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I have a diverse background. Since joining the firm I have assisted in a variety of legal matters including business formation, contract drafting and review, real estate matters, homeowners' association and covenants, estate planning, estate administration, personal injury discovery and trial preparation and family law.
